Vodacom's Out Of Box failure lie.

Got a Huawei P10 on Contract from Vodacom Lichtenburg. Recieved the phone on Friday the 3rd of November. 5 days later i heard the speaker have a scratching /cracking sound. Sent it in for evaluiation and the phone came back. OBF rejected. According to Vodacom the phone has no problem. Are you so greedy to even lie in a contract. Am i supposed to pay the contract amount for 24 months for a faulty phone. And guess what. Vodacom tells me that the phone was tested and there is NOTHING wrong with it.. I would not recomend Vodacom to ANYONE compared to the service i have recieved from MTN. Thanks for NOTHING Vodacom.
