Vodacom's online deals are **** !!!!

Vodacom online is treating people like they are not important to their operation, maybe they can function with out us customers, i recently signed-up for mobile data contract i was told many weeks ago that my application was successful but to this day there's no sim, all i do, is get lame smses from them that does not even say when will i get the sim with data that i signed up the contract for. anyway i wish i knew that they would do this to me i would have obtained a deal from other network providers who would value and keep their end of the deal. i called few weeks ago enquiring about my deal, i was told stories that doesnt even make sense.

very very bad service that i did not get.
