Vodacom has become one of the most frustrating service providers. Despite being a major company with massive revenue, they struggle to provide even the most basic network coverage. In Riverlea Ext 3, the network is consistently poor—whether there’s load shedding or not. Mobile connectivity is weak and only works when it feels like it. Their fiber service is just as bad, barely functional on most days. In a time when so many people rely on stable internet for work, Vodacom is proving to be a terrible choice. It’s shocking that a company of this size still can’t get the basics right. Even Eskom, with all its issues, seems more reliable in comparison.
