Vodacom's liesssss

Today ay 13h26 I contacted Vodacom to cancel my contract which expires 31 May 2025 and Nikita from cancelation department assisted me. She reassured me that the contract is canceled and offered me a month to month 1GB for R28.00. In the evening I check my Vodacom App, I discover that I have a bill for next month's and it's my current contract bill (which is supposed to be canceled) plus R28.00. I also discover that R28 month to month 1GB is actually WhatsApp data. Nikita canceled only my contract cover so that I can get a cancellation sms. She thought I won't read the sms I'll see CANCELED and ignore. She undermined me and fooled me. I called Vodacom again for clarity and I'm told, my contract is not canceled and I have a debit order going off R395.41 on the 1st June. Vodacom, dishonesty in the industry where you deal with people's personal private information and money is totally understandable. Vodacom is a financial service provider, how are we going to trust you with our lending, insure, all Vodapay services? I have been your client for more than a decade and after this I don't feel bad for canceling my contract.
