Vodacoms Lies

Never have i ever been more disgusted and **** to by a service provider before in my life!

I decided to cancel my contract with Vodacom due to their high rates. After calling the retentions department i was assisted by Tashrik who said that he would create a deal match for me in order to stay with vodacom. He contacted me 2 days later stating that the deal match was done and he would send an email to confirm. One month later i have not received the email.

I then called 2 days later after speaking to tashrik and another agent assisted and also said thay she would create a deal match and i received a lower quote but not with the data plan i requested. By this time i requested to speak to the team leader who has no idea what he ****** job function is.

Last week i was so damn frustrated by Vodacoms bull**** and constant deciet that i decided to cancel without any deal match! I spoke to Palesa and guess what? Vodacom offered another deal match and this is where i lost all hope in this terrible service provider as they promised to have everything sorted out for me. One week later after speaking to the third agent i still have not received any communication.

What makes me really upset is the constant lies to do a deal match and they never give feedback or get back to me. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but im really fed up and would just like to cancel my damn contract and move over to another service provider who will treat their clients better.
