Vodacom's lack of service and false advertising...😔

Utterly disappointed with vodacom...there is not one that can help me resolve my issue...data packages are only for new contracts i am now told i must get a 6th contract for data or i must add data for triple the price. And when i ask the agent if they would do they say no. I am a loyal customer for over 15 years and they still cannot make any concession...wow...
