Vodacom's just never liable for ********** transactions

A Vodacom consultant contacted me on Monday, 29 June, in reply to the review I placed on the 28th. I was informed that Vodacom feel they have no liability to Mrs Theron with regard to her being de*****ed with the assistance of an employee of Vodacom. In the telephone conversation, he confirms to me that Vodacom had dealt with the employee and this matter in terms of their internal processes. This confirms that the employee was ********** in his actions, yet Vodacom feel they have no liability to their client??? Any **** can not succeed without two relevant factors: The Banking and the Cell phone Industry Undoubtedly the dishonest component within the cell phone industry, who are able to do a Sim swap without the proper channel’s being followed, to me is the most important factor as the ********** transactions at the bank can not happen without this component. So how is it that Vodacom can claim they have no liability in this matter and tell us that this client gave her banking details to the ********** voluntarily- which is not the case!, but even if it were that any client gave details by accident, it does not vindicate Vodacom of their responsibility where employees are at the centre of *****! I asked Vodacom to put their reply in writing and I have yet to receive it!
