Vodacoms incompetence Ýet Again

I upgraded my Vodacom contract at the end of October 2016 with the option of keeping my contract the same as what it was on a Smart M. At the upgrade time Vodacom loaded the incorrect contract as a U Choose Smart M on the system. When the migration took place on the 1st November 2016 it had the effect that for more then 10 days i was not able to make any outgoing phone calls due to there being no airtime on my account. In my contact with Vodacom Customer Care ( or is it Customer we dont Care) ansd speaking to 6 differant people over the 10 day period i was informed that the migration was logged again and that it would take 24 hours to come into effect.

The next responce that i received wat that my account status is block due to arrears on my account, even though my statement that i received reflects a substantial credit balance on it. How does Vodacom owing me money mean that my account is in arrears... Mind boggling stupidaty!!!!!

As of today nothing of that extend has happned., for the past month the caller line identification service on my line has not been activated even after several requests. I have voiced my dismay with Vodacoms service on social media and there lax reponce to a persons quaries is just another example of the incompentace of the organisation. I now sit with three differant referance number for escalations of my quary. The next hurdle came today that i now have no more "Airtime" even though i am on a contract with Vodacom. I have tried all the avanues that Vodacom offers one to purchase airtime, from there *111# USSD service to the Vodacom Mobile application and the Vodacom Website and there is no way that i can purcahse airtime for my contract.

I made a call to Vodacom customer care today. being transfered form account department to the activations department to the cancellation department and then being cut off. How much more frustration must a person endure to get Vodacom to correct a error on there side. Every time one tries to call the 082 111 number you get placed on hold my last call was a 19min waiting time, and then the call drops.

So.. now i have to chase my tail trying to get to speak to a person that has any authoraty in this organisation to resolve the issue, my likely resolve will be that the matter gets escalated to yet another senior consultant that can not perform his role and duties.
