VODACOM’S INCOMPETENCE: R9,500 PAID, SETTLED IN FULL, YET HARASSMENT CONTINUES

I am finished playing games with Vodacom’s billing department. This is a formal notice of a billing dispute and a demand for immediate rectification.

7 Feb 2026, 12:03 I requested the settlement invoice for all contracts with Vodacom.

11 Feb 2026, I received a formal settlement quotation for all my contracts totaling R9,315.08.

13 Feb 2026—within 48 hours—I paid R9,500.00. I settled every cent of the quoted amount, including devices and outstanding balances, leaving a positive credit of R184.92. Since then, I have continued to pay R200 monthly (Feb, March, and April) to cover the two RED Flexi 90 month-to-month lines *** and ***).

Despite this, Vodacom’s systems are a disaster.

You are sending me statements claiming arrears of R1,861.66.

I have paid in full. I have overpaid. I have 15 different case numbers (listed below) proving your inability to resolve a simple accounting matter.

I have clear instructions that you will follow: NO PHONE CALLS. I want every response in writing for my legal records. Do not call me to "discuss" what is already proven in black and white. ZERO THE ARREARS.

Correct the balance on my account immediately to reflect my actual payments.

FIX THE CONTRACTS. *** and *** must remain on the Red Flexi 90 month-to-month rate of R90/month as requested. *** must be Prepaid *** must be recycled.

If this is not resolved and confirmed via email within 48 hours, I will be taking this data, my proof of payments, and these 15 case numbers directly to ICASA and the National Consumer Commission.

Reference Numbers for your failing system: *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** EC-291C-222NSF
