Vodacom's inability to cancel a long standing fibre contract

I have been trying since July to get Vodacom to cancel my fibre contract I signed in 2016 with effect from mid August- the date when I relocated to Cape Town having sold my house. I am still being charged by Vodacom for a service I am not using. The contact numbers given by Vodacom for cancellation either go unanswered or when you eventually get to speak to a living person the comment is "I cannot assist you so I will transfer you to the fibre division." Here the phone goes dead or if you are lucky enough to be transferred you find yourself back at the call centre and you start the whole process again. Emails are also not accepted by Vodacom per their website which adds to the frustration. I have spent at least 20 hours trying unsuccessfully to get Vodacom to cancel my fibre contract. Totally unbelievable
