Vodacom's horrible service

I know understand why a lot of people I know have ported their numbers from vodacom to other networks, Vodacom does not care about their customers complaints. I am still waiting for Vodacom to pick up their useless home internet router that is not working & that I am still paying for. They are good at calling & lying!
