Vodacom's HORRIBLE customer service
After contacting me privately after my review regarding Vodacom's putrid service. Saying they will contact me regarding my issue. They have not done so. Not only can they not deliver on their promises to keep their customers happy. They change packages for more money without consulting me or ASKING MY PERMISSION. Taking my money! When I communicated to them that I am a student and unemployed. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS to say the least!!!!
