Vodacom's ********** accounts
Vodacom running a scheme that opens ********** accounts linking them to our existing accounts, in attempt to get this resolved, I have run from one department to the next and no feedback is given.
The people that opened this account were stupid enough to even use the lines on their own personal capacity. and yet they protect each other and as a customer, I have had my account suspended for raising queries several times, my last payment on the account was R25000 +-, I am yet to see the breakdown of what I paid for.

28 Jan 2019, 08:20I was at Vodaworld on Sunday, the add on line costs were not credited back to my account, as things stand now, Vodacom owes me R9000 but you have locked my line on the basis that my account is outstanding by 2700.
I will take this matter further.
