Vodacoms fault that I have to pay for 3 times

I have change banks a few years ago and accordingly I called Vodacom and updated my details, I even send them a banking letter as proof of new banking details. They debit my account correctly with the new banking details and the suddenly the send an e-mail stating my account is in arrears because the bank did not pay the debit order. so I went into the bank and they show me that vodacom did not apply for a debit that month. So I went to river square vodacom and the log a complain and told me I have to pay the account cash what I did but I had to pay R100 extra because the debit order did not went threw but they will investigate and come back to me. So then suddenly the debit orders was 100% ok and the debit my bank account correctly, but not credit the R100 on my account. Then everything went well again until September!!! Then suddenly the debit order was returned unpaid and Vodacom charge another R100 and again I was told to pay cash, so I pay cash again and after going in to vodashop and explain everything all over again the said they will correct in. Then October the same thing happened. So again going into vodacomshop and phoning, the lady at Vodacom admit it was a fault at Vodacom side, but I must remember that my credit record will not reflect very good because the account is in arrear even thou they admit that it was Vodacoms fault debiting the wrong account. The lady apologies on behalf of Vodacom but what about the R100.88 X 3 = R302.64 that I had to pay for there blerrie mistake. I call this steeling my money because they did not credit my account, so I must just accept that they just took money not own to them, they don't care about you as customer, they just take the extra R100.88 with the new debit order when they wake up and see they wrongly put the previous debit order out to a wrong account. I'm so angry with Vodacom that just take money and gave me a bad credit record.
