Vodacom's failure to communicate
I have been sending Vodacom emails since the start of the pandemic to arrange payment and no one has responded to my emails. I have been trying to meet payment under financial strains and yet Vodacom decided to delete my number. I paid the arrears and have been calling everyday for the past 2 weeks and all I am getting is a different story and how I should wait for a response from them. Each consultant that I engage with tells me a different story and they refuse to transfer me to their legal department to resolve the matter in order for me to retrieve my number and pay my outstanding contract amount.
