Vodacom's empty promises makes me sick!

I received a R4000 bill after having a R100 call limit in September - i complained and paid - tried to log a formal complaint on 8 November with customer service - I personally went to Midrand offices on the 16th of January 2019 and wasted the whole afternoon with Tshepo Ngakane just for him to tell me he will load it and send me confirmation to mail me on the 19 to say i must go back to my store where no help is available either! Again on the 27th i spent hours on the phone trying to have this resolved only to end up running into untrained people and more corporate garbage. The supervisor - Mlunitsi Kunene ended up wasting the reminder of my call as also him has not as per his oaths promised to load this service request.

Today my phone is disconnected after i have now paid many months exuberant charges after having a call limit on my lines. It has also come to my attention that the line in question ********** is also an open contract and not a top-up as requested during my last upgrade.

All my efforts just comes to nothing as long as i pay you greedy lot, but if Vodacom has to deliver on service promises it falls onto deaf ears.

Please go bully elsewhere and not your loyal customers!
