Vodacom's double standards
My experience to get the temporary LTE and fibre installed has been an absolute nightmare. At first the vetting declined, my partner and I then submitted his details, literally within two days they were at my work to deliver his LTE and on day three Openserve called to arrange installation. Two days after my vetting was declined I suddenly received an email and SMS stating it was now approved, this after I called and the agent said that they cannot assist me. Anyway, we then cancelled the contract in my partner's name and proceeded with mine (seeing that I am a Vodacom client). A week later I have not heard anything from Vodacom, every time I call, the staff have NO idea what is going on and everyone who promised to call me back never did. Eventually when I lost it completely there was one competent lady who actually assisted me in helping to the get the LTE sorted out. I then drove to RAM myself to collect the device. 10 days later Openserve still hasn't contacted me to arrange an installation date, and of course as always, the staff cant do anything for me. I have been with you guys for 15 years, yet my partner who was a new client ( and still cancelled the contract) got the best possible service from Vodacom. I am utterly disgusted. Today I called again, asking when Openserve will be calling me to arrange installation and the agent just commented with " sorry, i cannot help you". I pay Vodacom for a service, so I expect Vodacom to deliver that service. I am your client, call Openserve and follow up with them seeing that I can't call them myself. New customers get excellent service yet us loyal clients who has never missed a payment in 15 years, gets treated like ******* and our needs are less important than your new clients?! Sis on you Vodacom, you are now officially just as bad as the other providers out there. Your service sucks and your staff are ***********. If you are not going to sort this out, let me know and I will make other arrangements with another provider, at least have some kind of feedback instead of saying "sorry, I cant help you"
Best regards,
