Vodacom's Disinterest in Customer Care
My contract expired on May 30, 2022, but Vodacom has already charged me for June.
An employee at Vodacom contacted me 2-3 weeks ago to query if I want to upgrade or continue my contract and I made it clear to him that I am not interested.
I tried to contact Vodacom, but no implication on their part. They totally disregard me.
Does anybody have a similar experience and would you be so kind and advise how to solve this problem with Vodacom before my bill arrives at 1k. This is obviously a company with *********** employees following their owners' worthless principles.
Stay away from Vodacom contracts people!

14 Jun 2022, 10:55Someone did contact me from Vodacom and yet another disappointing experience.
The employee told me that it would be a big proses and will cost me allot of money just because I want to end a contract that was agreed with both parties that the contract ends May 2022.
So please explain to me, why an employee from Vodacom is telling me this bulls#?
