Vodacom's ********* manner of getting customer's on Contracts

I've had a contract issue with Vodacom i've been trying sort since June 2018. In May I called Vodacom to cancel a Wifi contract the consultant then offered me a new contract with more data. What they chose to not disclose was that the contract was no longer a Top Up but an open line. On finding this out i requested that the contract be cancelled, after they listened to the call recordings they offered me credit notes and confirmed that the contract was now a Top Up. However with those changes they chose to increase the contract amount from R139 to R310, I again requested that the contract be cancelled as i never agreed to a contract of that amount, especially when other networks are offering the same 10GB Wifi contract at much lower rates.

Four months later i'm still standing with the same issue, this after spending hours on the phone with their consultants and making countless calls to Vodacom. The countless Consultants i've spoken to never bother to come back with feedback as promised. I resorted to reversing their debit orders of over R1000 a month until this matter is sorted and today I receive a call from a very rude Collections agent telling me that my Credit record will be affected whilst they've chosen to not attend to my queries. I've been a Vodacom customer for more than 15 years but after this I have had enough.

Please note that this matter has not been resolved, the consultant who was assisting me responded to e mails i sent last week as a follow up and told me that Vodacom is experiencing system issues. System issues for almost 2 weeks? The Wifi is no longer working, since you have stopped it, my credit record is now affected by this. The inconvenience of this whole issue it too much and i just want this contract cancelled with immediate effect and to be advised on the amount i should settle. Vodacom is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, are you telling me that this is your way of doing business and treating your clients?
