Vodacom’s Deceit, ******ion, ******** intended theft, and delay tactics as client retention strategy

Let me explain the deceit, by marketing Company Vodacom uses to deceive customers, for an agreement, and then turned it to ******ion by increasing amount of agreement, not agreed to and then Vodacom uses delay tactics, and promotional data bundles, for when you uses this bribe data bundles, YOU HAVE NO CHOICE in paying the HIGHER NOT AGREED contract amount, for the next 24 months, EQUALS TO THE ACT OF ******ION, And when you say no, it is always more excuse which only serves the appointed idiotic selected by Vodacom to give you word salads and useless conversation, not to address their acts of ********ity IN ******ION, by taking your bank account hostage by deduction all sorts of higher payment you did not agree to in the first place. And I tried twice to cancel the Debit Order and even receive SMS confirming it has been cancelled, and yet Vodacom send DO for payment again, This time I made sure my account is empty, to force none payment and stop the chain reaction of ******ion and acts of ********ity they forced on me! Now a stop order for payment is affective for 12 months. VODACOM IS NOT MY BANK ACCOUNT MANAGER, to do as they please! THE TIMELINE

2026 06 02 – Marketing call 14h57 45m54s the R99 agreement for 7.5gb day +7.5gb night, that started the mess on 079 *** ***x 2026 06 30 – 082 135 08h05 Customer care 13m50s 2026 07 03 – 082 135 16h10 CC x3 Calls 28m17s 2026 07 23 – 082 135 12h11 18m19s 2026 07 24 – *** 11h29 18m7s 2026 07 29 – *** 10h31 Cancel D/O for the second time call 20m41s 2026 07 29 – 082 135 14h52 CC call 15m33s Mhalwazi [at least he did what he said, he is doing, but it did not work, 2026 07 29 – SMS received D\O was cancelled RCO859367 2026 07 30 – *** call 16h33 13m51s 2026 09 02 – 082 135 call 09h21 32m17s 2026 09 04 – *** Ofenses/ Cilia cancelation of D/O for the 3de time “still technical difficulties” 2026 09 04 - *** cancellation of 079 *** ***x as Vodacom stated no cancelled can be done, it must be converted to prepaid.

So the only excuse Vodacom can think of “we experienced technical difficulties” in cancelling the D/O, minding it started on the ‘23 July 26 and still going on the ‘4 September 2026, for a tech company in the 21st century of technology,

Vodacom always states they are RECORDING YOU CONVERSATION, so if that is true, prove me wrong about my statements of Vodacom caught in lies, deceit, ******ion on escalation of amounts I did not agreed to, which is an act of ********ity.

Vodacom has a lot of messages to listen to! As the TIMELINE STATES!

And so the delay tactic continuous and the inability of Vodacom in the 21st century of technology to cancel a debit order is not surprising, or it is not because that is how their ******ion works, if you are a client for 20+ years YOU ARE THE PERFECT TARGET FOR THIS ******ION their act of putting a changing reference no on the debit order makes it impossible to put a stop order in place and the bank and they benefit from it with non-payment fees and additional charges COMPANIES LIKE THESE SURVIVE ON ACTS OF ********ITY, ******ION OF EXTRA FEES it is now clear, rules are in place between these companies and financial institutions, how to promote acts of ******ion between them, which their so called mutual clients have to pay the cost for these acts of immorality. The end of the month is near and yet from the 4 Sept 26 no positive out come and solution
