Vodacom's **************** in the name of making profit

I did an online upgrade with Vodacom in Oct 2017. I was then billed for 2x handsets for three consequtive months there after. As soon as I eventually managed to get that problem sorted out, Vodacom then started charging/billing me for Vodafone Live. The additional cost to the montly subscription I had signed up for in October; was no less than R500 pm. The bill for March came with charges of over R1400 just for Vodafone Live.

At some point I had called customer care and spoke to a lady by the name of Kgatliso. She told me Vodacom cannot provide me with any proof as to when did I ever sign up for Vodafone Live, let alone proof that I had authorized for any of those listed subscriptions under Vodafone Live usage. There were 2x items listed for R35 per 7 days, and long list of varying items charged for DAILY.

If I was using any of those items I had miraculously subscribed to, I would understand as I will righteously be liable for the use there of. I did not ask nor authorize for any of those Vodafone Live subscriptions AND I have not been using them in any form or another, not even once. But Vodacom gladly adds these on my bill/invoice every single month. Why were these not billed for when I was billed for when I was gladly charged for 2x handsets even though evidently I had only one handset activated and used for three months?

I then had this Kgatliso telling me that she also has Vodafone Live on her cellphone (which she had not asked for) and that made me even more furious because I called about MY phone and MY billing and I could give two hoots about hers and her employer! All this amounts to Vodacom billing for items subcribers never havibg agreed to. It is totally unacceptable and devious as well as shody business dealing to treat customers in that way, whilst they as a company making profit.
