Vodacom's customer service is pathetic

I've logged a query / complaint on 17 March 2018 with Vodacom - it's more than a month and half ago and I still have not received any feedback. Your customer service is pathetic. Earlier in the year I've upgraded my contract and the sales consultant who phoned me offered me 2GB FREE promotional data for 24 months - since then I have never received it. He also offered free caller identity - guess what - I'm being billed for it each month. I have confirmation SMS'e to prove this - but Vodacom is too useless to come back with an answer. Really - how difficult can it be to just retrieve a sales call from the system if they want to listen to the voice recording of what was offered and what was discussed. Everytime when I follow up it is the same story over and over - that the matter has been escalated to a senior consultant but they never come back to you. I'm now just sick and tired of all your lies. I expect all my data to be back dated and this matter be resolved before the end of the month (close of business 30 April 2018). I just now had enough of all your lies
