Vodacom's customer service is disappointing, especially when contacting them from abroad through email or WhatsApp, as they fail to provide proper assistance after contract termination, yet continue to charge me, which is absolutely appalling

Vodacom's customer service is disappointing, especially when contacting them from abroad through email or WhatsApp, as they fail to provide proper assistance after contract termination, yet continue to charge me, which is absolutely appalling. Additionally, I am unable to receive calls from agents or SMS pins as I am overseas.
