Vodacom's ******** behaviour continues!!!
This is my fourth complaint about Vodacom's ******** behavior!!!! I have been shunted from pillar to post regarding a ********** account, which is wreaking havoc with my finances. I have sent documents proving this is a ********** account for the past three months and no one is willing to help. This is really disgusting and pathetic behaviour from Voda****!!!!!

12 Nov 2021, 18:34I have sent them twice, without any acknowledgement! Your own agent mentioned that there seems to be a problem with the first email provided. I sent to the second email address provided, still no reply.
I have even went to the extent of calling your legal department, promised to send an sms link to resend the documents, NEVER got the sms and I am not holding my breath!
