Vodacom's cancellation service is awful.

I went through the whole procedure with a Vodacom employee who guaranteed that it was cancelled. They then still had the cheek to want to sell other services to me.

2 months later and still, the number has not been cancelled, ***.

There inability makes me question keeping other contracts I have with them.
