Vodacom's ********* Business Practices.

I have never done any business with Vodacom. Yet, it is now the 4th time that that Vodacom has processed unauthorised debit orders for different amounts on different dates, on my bank account. Every time I need to get my bank to reverse these unauthorised debit orders ( at least the ones that I can catch). Vodacom's proposed ***** reporting process is extremely onerous, pinning the entire burden of proof on me. I am required to submit different signatures and get police forms / statements etc. ( Since I am not even residing in South Africa, I suspect they expect me to book a trip to SA to do this...). I am treated as a ******** by their process. Their competitors, MTN and Telkom are members of the South African ***** Prevention Service SAFPS https://www.safps.org.za, an organisation that I am also registered with. Yet Vodacom could not be bothered by this. I suspect because they are benefiting from their ********* business pactices over and above the fact that they do not know who their customers are. Please be advised accordingly if you are in the market for a mobile service provider, stick with the ones who are ethical in their dealings with their customers as well as the public.
