I would like to thank and commend your specialist Nosipho Mgodeli. She has been the most caring and helpful to my query and I felt her sincerity to comfort and help me during the most difficult time. Even when she was sick, she went far and beyond to give me an update. She is a credit to Vodacom and you should know that you have a gem in your company. Don’t ever lose her as she is a real asset to your company. Thank you Nosipho. I should have done this 6 months ago. You have been amazing and may God bless you always.
