Vodacom's Bankruptcies!!!

I'm not sure whether they give the contracted numbers to new customers, apparently I am owing Vodacom, for what I've got no idea,I don't do contracts,I only use pre-paid, Nobody is interested in talking to me, about so-called debt,I only had a threat that they going to stop their service,I told them with Pleasure...Is Vodacom going bankrupt?Are they trying to milk the money they owe "Please call me guy"from us?
