Vodacoms bad service and neglect

Today I got ****med by a person that said they work for Vodacom customer service saying that someone is trying to do a SIM swap for my number after giving a few details I realised that it's a **** and dropped the phone now I've been trying to call Vodacom customer care to get help concerning my number and I haven't been able to get through the whole day I'm worried because they aren't taking calls and I can't stop the SIM card on my side it's off but it's ringing on the ****mers side
