Vodacom’s bad service

I’m so frustrated with Vodacom service. In June my husband called the online store for an upgrade on his contract .We received the phones the 5th of June it was 2 iPhone s promo. The following week we noticed the 1 phones battery was running down very quickly we then took it to Vodacom 4u store in vangate mall they advised us they can’t replace it as we bought online but they can then send it away to the repair center. After a month of hearing nothing I called they said the repair center picked up that there was something wrong with the phone and they will replace it however they don’t have stock. Two weeks after they called me to say oh the repair center don’t want to replace it as the sim tray and ime number does not match but there are 2 numbers that they can pick up that was in the phone but this was not Vodacom numbers and advised that I do not know the numbers the manager then said we should bring the second one as this problem occurred with this phone as well and they can then see if this sim tray maybe belong to the 1st phone but this was not the case this phone was taken the 5 of August.

I called them again no luck I went in store no luck they told me they can’t help now I reached out to the Facebook page I even called online again but they say no because the store took the phone in they can’t help me and it is more than 2 months ago but the store manager is telling she can’t help me because we bought it online.

What’s so frustrating is the fact that we paid already for this and we still don’t have the phones and at the end of this month another installment is meant to go off our account. I will not pay unless someone make contact with us and give us phones back that actually work.
