Vodacom’s bad service

I am having the worst experience with Vodacom at the moment. I have 2 contracts with them for years now, and one of them is due for an upgrade. I went to the local Vodacom shop on Monday to do the upgrade but they were unable to assist due to the fact that the system showed my account was in arrears. After phoning their accounts department they confirmed the account is up to date and there should be no reason why the shop shouldn’t have helped me. The friendly lady in accounts advised be to do the upgrade over the phone which will save me money. She transferred me and I was helped immediately. The lady told me that I will receive a call Tuesday to confirm all the info she got from me was captured correctly. So Tuesday morning I received the call... they had to identify me with security questions but then they ask for my passport number. I told the woman that I usually only give my ID number and that I don’t understand where they even got my passport number. With this they were unable to help further with out the passport number. Wednesday they lady who helped me with he upgrade phones... Still they don’t have a ID number just a passport number, I gave her my passport number and it’s no match... she said something is very wrong and she will sort it out and get back to me and I emailed her my ID copy... I phoned Wednesday afternoon twice leaving messages for somebody to phone me, explaining to everybody the situation from the beginning... I am transferred from one devision to another and with no help. Thursday I phoned twice and had to hold the line for more than 10min just to be cut off. Nobody phoned back. Today is Friday and I am still unhelped. This is the worst service provider ever!!!!!
