VODACOM'S **** AND ***** SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ADDED TO ACCOUNT AT R10 a DAY

******* and *********!

Vodacom entertain automatic subscription to ******* services which fall under WASP services. These services seem to take the form of **** or child ****ography services, I wouldn't know, I have never heard or seen of Hunky Dory EVER before and I assume that they are of this nature due to how the service is "presented"

This is not the first time I have been subscribed to this *******. I have no idea where I EVER gave, indicated or even came in contact with any site or service named "Hunky Dory" yet I was automatically subscribed to this service which could be ****, child ****ography or some or other content I have no interest in, especially at R10 a day.

This service once added provides no interface, portal of delivery system to make use of this **** or spam service should you wish to....as if anyone would. I was able to remove this from my Vodacom account, but what angers me as well as a big part of other Vodacom users I'm sure is that you cannot easily find a place to remove what I can only assume is a **** or child ****ography service from your account while you are billed R10 a day for this *******. How does this go down with users that are not as comfortable with technology or have their airtime depleted with no real explanation.

Seems like Vodacom enjoy this type of ********* behaviour. Nee I remind everyone of the recent "Please Call Me" sevice courtcase between Vodacom and Nkosana Makate. I see a pattern developing here where Vodacom feel they have the right to do as they please.

I have given Vodacom a chance to ensure that this does not happen again when this first happened to me, and yet it has happened again.

The first time I was told that this was from a partner or client that was making use of their services to ***** R10 a day from Vodacom subscribers. Be that as it may I would love to know when Vodacom choose to treat their clients better and look after them, but it seems they are choosing revenue from these sorts of ********* vendors, clients or partners who ***** from their clients.

This is theft and is very very sneaky! Shame on you Vodacom!!! Look after your users.

I will be sure to share these experiences with everyone I know, people need to reconsider using a service that allows or themselves operate with these tactics. Needless to say I will make a move to a network that better looks after my interests and does not ***** from people.

At least with my new mobile provider I wont be bombed with other ******* marketing SMS's when I recharge, another irritating thing of this network provider. Seems like Vodacom love spreading and sharing spam to its users....

Thank you for the generic reply, at least your spamming s****s are flowing through your communication briefs. You must have hundreds of other complaints to attend to, still no communication received as promised above, or is it a just a case of pure ignorance?
