Vodacom's Absolute Absence Of Service

Is Vodacom and their Vodamail service ever going to become fully functional again? Their service and help are as poor as I have ever seen. On 22 March 2022 I asked for help via the Twitter channel. Gmail started flagging my mails from Vodamail to Gmail and said I must “set up a reverse DNS”. Step 1 in this process is to get a DNS zone from your internet provider. I have a pay as you go phone and use that number for Vodamail, but received an endless stream of irrelevant questions. After all the questions they said the matter has been escalated and gave me Ref Nr ***. After three weeks of getting daily SMS’s to say they are still attending to my problem a senior lady phoned me, saying that they do not really have an answer for me, as Gmail are changing the rules almost daily. All I asked for was a DMS Zone, so I could try to set up a reverse DNS! Also on 22 March I got an email from Vodamail informing about an upgrade of their e-mail service. The e-mail asked that that all I have to do is to log into my Vodamail account via the website portal, and that I did. On 13 April I again contacted Vodacom through the Twitter channel since I realized that one specific newsletter I receive was not getting into my mail client (Outlook) on my laptop since I received the e-mail about the upgrade on the Vodamail e-mail service. When I logged into my server on the Portal, I could see and read it there in my Inbox, but it would not download to Outlook. After another string of senseless questions they gave me the e-mail address *** to report the matter to. So on the afternoon of 13 April I reported the matter to the e-mail above and received a reply: Your service request no. EC-1E65-23RWFD has been logged . They also said that they will contact me via SMS, phone or email within two working days. That never happened. On 21 April I again contacted Vodacom on the Twitter channel to ask what was going on. Again a string of requests for the same screenshots, then telling me network queries take between 7 – 14 working days. On Monday 9 May I wrote to the e-mail address I reported the problem with on 13 April, almost a month earlier. I received a read receipt the same day, but now, more than two weeks later, nothing more. On 13 May I again contact Vodacom via Twitter and ask if there was a problem because for several days I could not log into Vodamail via the website portal. Again an endless stream of questions, they asked for my number twice, but ignore my question several times asking if there is a general problem to be able to log into Vodamail. They gave me Ref Nr *** and later that same day a senior lady phoned me again and asked for all the facts. But still she would not tell me why I cannot log in via the Vodamail portal. A few day after that I drove into town with my laptop, went on the internet via another ISP, but also could not log into Vodamail via the portal. It looks like their website is not secure any more!

Can and will Vodacom help a customer out here, because after the last interaction they have left me cold, probably hoping I would go away? Or is it time to leave them altogether and look for a new provider, as it seems they cannot or are just not interested to solve my problems. [Screenshots will not paste here, but except for the calls by senior people, I have all of this on record in writing]
