Vodacoms a let down, especially during loadshedding

Pathetic network signal from vodacom. They seem to be getting worse month by month. For the past year ive dealt with the cutting off networks around once a day. Now its like every so often in the day. As for when theres loadshedding, its like impossible to use vodacom for anything. In times of an emergency during loadshedding, vodacom is the biggest let down. I was unable to make any calls or use whatsapp or anything with my phone even though it had 5g connection with full bars network. Im based in mountainrise area pietermaritzburg and im now fed up of this terrible network issues with vodacom. Ive been many years with this service provider but i can now see them failing to provide good service to us.
