Vodacom/Rewardsco are lying and do not accept responsibility

Vodacom and RewardsCo **** to me in a sales call for a Laptop promising me the hard drive is 2TB and yet when I got the laptop it only has 115 Gb of storage. When I complained and they reviewed the call it was found the agent was incorrect in what she sold to me but they did not even try to rectify the matter. They just said the laptop does not have hard drive. I then requested a cancellation and the retentions team called me to offer me some sort of compensation but needed to get it approved first. They were going to call me an hour later to confirm and now two weeks later i am still waiting for the call. I have sent numerous emails to follow up the last being on Monday in which they promised to call within 24 hours. it is 3 days later and I have not received this call either yet.

This is the most pathetic service I have received from vodacom in all the years I have been with them. I wish that I could rate -5 stars right now as that is how pathetic i believe this service is currently.
