Vodacom/RAM Couries

First of all we app**** online for their internet package with the Tv deal, after major attempts fir them to eventually assist us with the deal it was then approved, the parcel was then given to RAM Couriers just to find out the parcel has been returned due to wrong contact info, then after major fights and arguments they said they informed the couriers with correct info, up until today since Monday it is still not resolved and always feeding the costumer lies and false info to get us to keep quiet, pathetic services from both Vodacom and Ram as both keeps giving false feedbacks to customers
