Vodacom/Ram Couriers
I would like to bring it to Vodacoms attention that Ram Couriers is a horrible service provider that does not value the relationship vodacom has with us as its clients. We are promised 4-5 working days on delivery by Vodacom but RAM couriers exceed that waiting period. Daily we as clients are told tomorrow only for our parcels not to get to us. Please use a new delivery service
