Vodacompletely pathetic service

I have had nothing but issues with Vodacom for the past 5 - 6 weeks. From not getting back to me, ordering the incorrect phone, cancelling my upgrade, waiting for no service and then a brand new phone that does not work. They are the worst of worst when it comes to service.<br> Now I sit without a phone or a way to contact them. Do you think they care that I need my phone for work? NO they don't!
