VodacomPay zero top service.

I use a pay as you go with no contract. I download the Vodacom app and Vodapay zero. This is where tou can use your wallet to pay for a lot of consumables ect. As this is a beta version they are still sorting out some issues like PayPal. I asked for some assistance and was assissted by Mr Ntokozo Geyane. Unfortunately the connection was lost from my sidw..A few moments later I recieved a phone call from Vodapay zero help desk asking if he can assist me in any way. I explained to him my problem and he was very helpful and friendly. That's how a client want to be treated. 3 minutes another person from Vodapay help desk phoned me and asked if I needed any assistance with the App. If this is the type of service you gwt from a beta system then I can not wait for the upgrade. Well done Vodacom You totaly changed my mindset to apply for a contract with Vodacom
