Vodacom.....pathetic at best.
Despite Vodacom assuring me that a consultant will call me...and that being sent to me as an answer on hellopeter... nobody has bothered to call ....yet I keep getting pathetic computer generated messages that my unresolved issue has been resolved... My frustration is matched by pity at how Vodacom has become another statistic of pathetic customer service.
