Vodacom....need I say more
I have been with vodacom for years now, I’m still wondering why, I completed an upgrade online over a week ago and was advised that RAM couriers would deliver my phone, numerous fruitless conversations and frustrations later I see that the parcel was returned back to vodacom. Ram couriers had incorrect delivery details after I gave the correct details more than once, absolutely pathetic!! What happened to customer service
