Good Morning My husband took out a contract with Vodacom for 24 months in 2013. According to us it was paid up. After 9 years it was still going off our bank account. My husband went to Vodacom and they send him up and down and I decided to stop it through my bank app. last year because the contract was for 24 months. Now they handed us over to Burnard Raaf and Associates for R667.38 and with the Associates they handed us over to is the payment R1270.60. Ho can we still pay after nearly 10 years for a 24 months contract. Now they stated we had to stop the contract. Thats a first for us. Very bad service from Vodacom. Can you please help us. Kind regards
