Vodacom/Mondo, Rewardsco

Nov I contacted Vodacom in order to reduce my bill. I was transfered, and unbeknown to me ended up with Mondo. In trying to reduce my bill, I ended up with almost double the amount to pay, and told that double charged appear on my bill, and unwanted goods send to me, which I was charged with. After more then a 100 phonecalls, I discovered that I was talking to Mondo and not Vodacom. After they acknowledged my first complaint, I was told that they did not work on my first complaint. A new complain had to be lodged.Mondo won't send a courier to fetch unwanted bribery stock, and are now holding me hostage as I can't return the goods to Durban. Mondo also first told me that I lived in Germiston and thar my profile was not updated, which is false. Upon investigating every charge recorded messages, I discover that Vodacom had my insurance on a phone which were reported to be broken, I paid for 14 years amounting to approximately R14 000.00..Since November I am still trying to get the goods collected, get my phone charges audited.
