VODACOMIS A DATA BUNDLE ****. I WANT MY 3GB DATA BACK

So I had a Vodacom sim card I used only on my modem. I haven't used it for over months and yesterday, 19th Dec, I decided to use it and bought R12 data. I managed to connect to the internet and then ran out of data. I decide to buy more data, 3GB with R229 to be pericise, and the next thing I couldn't connect to the internet. So today, 20th December, I went to enquire at Vodacom Parow center and Cikizwa told me that after 3 months, the number becomes null and void but I can do a sim swap and get my data back. During my lunch time, I went back to the shop again and got assisted by Jody who told me that I cannot get my data back coz it has been given to someone else to use with out my consent and there's nothing I can do with it.

So basically Vodacom made me buy 3GB data worth R229 just for me not to use it and for them to give to another customer.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST ******* AND **** OF ALL TIMES. HOW DARE THEY ***** FROM ME AND EXPECT NOT TO BE EXPOSED.

NO WONDER THE "PLEASE CALL ME" GUYU SUED THE **** OUT OF THEM.
