Vodacom,How many more agents should I speak to?
After speaking to four agents to cancel my upgrade, I now have to write this. Three agents assured me that the home internet router would be collected, and it has been almost a month since I have been waiting for the courier. Today, an agent cut the call while saying he was checking. It is not my fault that they sent me the router without checking if my area is covered. I was informed by your technical team to cancel the upgrade. I did not receive a message or email stating that my cancellation is being processed.

29 May 2025, 06:40An agent called me on the 15th of May to arrange collection,I'm still waiting to this day for the router to be collected,the agent did exactly what the previous 4 agents did,ask my address and assure me that the device will be collected
It's been 2 months now trying to get you guys to collect this and cancel my contract
Please do not tell someone to call me and they will say the exact same thing again,do I need to drop off this device at a vodacom store or do i need to seek legal action because this is ridiculous

I just want this over and done with,I want contract cancelled and my account closed
