Vodacom/Hendricks is so RUDE!

What a rude Indian consultant! His name is Addam Hendricks!!!! So obnoxious to my mother who’s an elder to him. He even hang up on us! I was helping my mom with her missing data, previously they had promised to call us back after they have completed the investigation - so today we were following up. After this Indian guy hung up on us we didn’t get help, I asked if I can speak to his manger he put me on hold for 34 minutes! Vodacom has been taking us from pillar to post for 2 weeks instead of refunding the missing data!!!!!
