Vodacom/Finrite's Insurance Cancellation Process is a nightmare

I am still waiting for Vodacom to contact me about my insurance cancellation even though I have already posted a review on Hello Peter which they quickly responded to by saying they will contact me. I sent the review in on the 10 May and still haven't heard anything. I received one voicemail message but the number is the call center number which I have been trying to get through to since 05 February 2019. I started the cancellation process on the 05 February but only got an email from someone at Vodacom on the 20th February for me to complete a form which I did. Every month since then I have been billed and my account has been debited but as soon as I try and make any contact with Vodacom nothing happens. I have sent so many emails, which no one bothers replying to, your person behind your Twitter account seems to be the best person to contact and I have also spent hours waiting on the phone but I never get through to anyone. This is probably because the only number available is a call center number which you just end up wasting airtime on. I would really like to receive a refund as I have tried to cancel it and done my part of the deal but Vodacom/Finrite doesn't stick to their end of the deal! My insurance should've come to an end when I sent it in the cancellation form which clearly states that the insurance will be cancelled immediately.

I actually wouldn't recommend getting insurance from Vodacom again if you aren't 100% sure about needing it.
