Vodacom/Finrite lie to customers

vodacom and finrite are extremely *********** really, I cancelled my insurance due to bad service and refusal to pay for a claim. i cancelled in August and to date have not received my refund? finite administrators lie to customers have no idea of policies and procedures their advise is never coherent and vodacom agents are so rude my word why does vodacom even brag about being the best?
