Vodacom/Finrite is useless shame!!!!!!

I cancelled my cellphone insurance with vodacom(finrite) in May.But i'm still getting debited and when i called them Chloe promised me lies saying she will call regarding the matter as it has been escalated.Its been two weeks now and guess who's calling who???????? I'm calling Vodacom again.

If i could i would just stop the entire debit order maybe then they will take note of my query because they not getting their money.
