Vodacom(Finrite) Insurance

I cancelled my Cellphone insurance in January but till today the premiums are still deducted from my vodacom account ,I have been calling finrite every month requesting a refund and they would assure me that the policy will be cancelled and I’ll get a refund then comes month end they deduct. By far this is the worst cell phone insurance ever!
